Descriptive trend reading — not a forecast of events Projections are linear extrapolations of the recent trajectory (p30/p60/p90 = the 30/60/90-day point estimate), shown only where the fit is strong enough. They describe momentum in the pipeline's own measurements, not predictions about the world. A rising flag count can mean escalating risk or expanding coverage — read it as a level, with the r² as your confidence.
